Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return.

Conditions

The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all its accessories and original packaging.

How to request a return

Write to us through the store's contact form with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and checked, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Faulty products

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately: we will replace or refund it at no extra cost to you.
